Colbie Caillat was born on July 28, 1985, in California. She is a famous American singer, songwriter, actress, and a pianist. Colbie is mostly famous for her songs “Bubbly”, “Falling for You”, and “I do”.
Colbie began her career when she turned 11 years old. Ever since she was a young girl Colbie’s parents were nurturing her love for music. Her father taught her how to play the piano when she was still in kindergarten. When Colbie turned 12, she was already a professional guitar player.
In 2007, Colbie released her first single “Bubbly”, which became an immediate hit. The song was very famous on many radio stations and played over 31 million times on MySpace. The track reached the 5th spot on Billboard 200 and topped Australian ARIA chart. Later that year, Colbie released her first album Coco. The LP sold over 5 million copies worldwide, reached the 5th spot on Billboard 200, went platinum twice and received three golden certifications.
In 2009, Colbie released her second studio album Breakthrough. The LP topped Billboard 200 and sold 700,000 copies in the USA. The album reached the 5th spot on the Canadian album chart and received golden certification.
In 2011, Colbie released her third LP All Of You. The album was less popular than its predecessors and reached the 6th spot on Billboard 200. The LP sold 331,000 copies in the USA and reached the 7th spot on the Swiss album chart.
