CNCO

CNCO was formed in December 2015 after the young artists won a local music contest, La Banda. The founder of the show is the famous producer Simon Cowell. The host and producer was Ricky Martin. The new group got a contract with a label after the victory. When the contest was over, they got a chance to go on a tour with Ricky Martin. The band recorded such hits as "Quisiera" and "Tan Facil", which conquered the charts worldwide.

The first studio album, Primera Cita, came out in 2016. It brought the band international popularity and earned a diamond status in Latin America, the USA, and Europe. The group recorded a music video for the single "Reggaeton Lento”. It quickly collected more than a billion views on YouTube. The Billboard magazine called the artists - headliners of the modern era of boy bands.

After the album’s release, CNCO started getting one award after another. They earned six Latin American Music Awards, five Premios Juventud, several Premios Tu Mundo, Premio Lo Nuestro, Premios Billboard de la Musica Latina awards and many others.

In 2017, musicians gave 40 concerts in 15 countries. Tickets to these concerts were selling out like hotcakes. The artists toured the world with such celebrities as Pitbull and Enrique Iglesias. They started with touring North America. The band headlined concerts of other artists in the USA and Canada.

Soon CNCO performed at a popular music festival Vina del Mar, which is one of the most important events in the world of the Latin American music. The band was nominated for several categories of iHeart Radio Music Awards. At that time, many fans tried to book CNCO for private events, but they were often busy giving concerts.

In April 2017, the band released a new single for the upcoming album. The artists called the song “Hey DJ” and recorded it with the assistance with a singer Yandel from Puerto Rico. In August, they presented a remix for "Reggaeton Lento", recorded with a famous British group, Little Mix. The single became the second track for the upcoming LP. After some time, CNCO presented “Mamita”. It became a new hit, earning gold status in the USA.

After a short break, in March 2018, the artists presented a new song, "Mi Medicina". After its release, fans got a chance to pre-order the upcoming album. Then the band recorded “Bonita” and “Fiest en mi Casa”. Both singles got a music video. Each of the videos collected millions of views on YouTube. The group’s popularity was increasing with each released song.

In April 2018, the long-awaited second album came out. The new LP, CNCO, featured such hits as "Se Vuelve Loca", "Fiesta en Mi Casa", "Noche Inolvidable", "Estoy Enamorado de Ti", and many others. The album topped the Latin Music Chart and came in 33rd on Billboard 200. Sometime after the release, the boy band presented a new single “Solo Yo” and came up with another popular music video.

In July, CNCO filmed a music video for "Se Vuelve Loca" and presented a Spanglish version of the song online. It reached the 19th spot of the Billboard Latin Music chart. Then the band embarked on a world tour, which began in Guatemala. In October, musicians presented a new single "Llegaste Tu", recorded with Prince Royce.

In November, the band released a remix for their hit “Hey DJ”, recorded with an American celebrity, Meghan Trainor, and a Jamaican singer, Sean Paul. In three months, a new single came out. “Pretend” was an official solo Spanglish release.

In October 2019, the group recorded a new EP, Que Quiénes Somos. It featured such new hits as "De Cero", "Ya Tu Sabes", "Toxico", "Que Va a Ser de Mí", and three other songs. The band continues recording new hits and performing live.
