Keri Hilson

Singer and songwriter Keri Lynn Hilson was born on 5 December 1982 in Georgia, near Atlanta. She was an active child, who always wanted to keep trying something new. Such an approach helped her become one of the leading members of the school swimming team. Keri also appeared on TV, in such projects as Star Search and Showtime at the Apollo. They helped Keri start her music career. Hilson’s mother was a piano teacher, who noted that the young woman never liked playing musical instruments. She always favored singing. Keri spent all of her free time, training her voice. At 18, she became a back vocalist in a local group, D’Sign. Hilson is an excellent singer and a good songwriter.
